As a business valuation and litigation support expert, Steve has valued over 200 businesses, covering such areas as family law matters, business damages, buy-sell agreements, shareholder litigation, estate and gift tax matters, and buying and selling businesses. Steve has testified as an expert in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana courts. In addition, he offers advanced expertise as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and a Certified Mergers & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA).

  With over two decades of experience across valuation, strategic finance, and FP&A, Ayman helped businesses unlock value, improve financial performance, and navigate complex transactions. He has played key roles in the valuation, negotiation, and closing of deals worth over $4.2 billion, and supported the restructuring of $3 billion in investment portfolios. Ayman’s background spans investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance, with a proven track record in building high-performing FP&A teams, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and implementing financial systems.
